Prof Karoly joins panel discussion with Al Gore

Centre of Excellence Chief Investigator, Prof David J Karoly will be joining an on air panel with Al Gore as part of the international show, 24 Hours of Reality: The Dirty Weather Report.
Prof Karoly will join the Australian segment of the 24-hour, live on the internet broadcast, for a two hour segment that runs from 8pm-10pm on Thursday, November 15. The broadcast aims to spotlight the impacts of climate change and extreme weather on every country in the world.
As a member of the Centre’s Australian Climate Extreme’s research group and a world leader in the detection and attribution of climate change, Prof Karoly brings a high degree of scientific insight into how climate change is affecting our planet.
Also joining Prof Karoly on the panel will be Convener of the Climate and Health Alliance, Fiona Armstrong, and CEO of the Australian Conservation Foundation Don Henry.
