Dr Fubao Sun
Australian National University BiographyFubao is currently appointed as a Research Fellow in the Research School of Biology at the Australian National University as part of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate System Science since 2011. His primary work is to improve the understanding of land surface processes on regional terrestrial interactions of energy, water and carbon. Before that and back to September in 2007, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the ANU and in the global hydrology and water resources engineering group at the University of Tokyo. He spent nine years (September 1998 to July 2007) at Tsinghua University to obtain his bachelor degree in Hydraulic Engineering and PhD in hydrology and water resources winning the (Top 20) Best PhD Dissertations and Outstanding Graduate of Tsinghua in 2007.
