Thesis Title

Ocean temperature and salinity responses to 50 year changes in surface conditions


Veronique studied in physics at the Université de Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada and obtained her B.Sc in 2007. Through her B.Sc., Veronique did one internship in a private industry in Quebec City and two internships in physical oceanography at the Institut National de Recherche Scientifique (INRS). She then worked as a research assistant at the INRS as part of the physics team in the International Polar Year Canadian Flaw Lead project to collect data aboard the NGCC Amundsen in the Canadian Arctic and process the data.  From 2009 to 2011 Veronique did her M.Sc. titled "The role of model resolution on Greenland Ice Sheet Runoff in subpolar North Atlantic" at the University of Alberta, Alberta, Canada. Veronique then started her Ph.D. at University of Tasmania, Tasmania, Australia in 2011.
