Thesis Title

δ18O in seawater and ice during the last deglaciation: A model-data comparison study

Nicholas is an honours student in CCRC from mid-2017. He is completing his Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours), studying both physics and climate dynamics. Since past records of oxygen isotope can provide us information on historical local ocean and atmospheric temperatures, or even circulation, he is currently focusing on oxygen isotope paleorecords and its representation in climate models. His study aims to provide a better understanding in abrupt climate change and improve future climate projections.
